We offer a range of programs designed to assist seniors with critical needs, which often include emergency financial aid, utility assistance, minor home repairs, caregiver wellness support, and access to essential resources. The application period for our assistance programs opens on May 1st each year and closes on September 1st each year. We strictly review applications submitted within this four-month window.

We review cases as they come in. As we currently have one case manager, the timeline for initial contact to request necessary documents is usually a few days to one week after your application is received. We appreciate your patience during this high-volume period.

The time needed to complete a case varies widely and we cannot give a guaranteed length of time. Case completion depends on several factors, including:

• Your response time in submitting requested documents and information.

• The time required to determine eligibility for specific grants.

• Arrangements for payment or service delivery with third-party organizations.
