Caregiver Wellness 

Day Program

Informal caregiver to an elderly individual

Reside in the metro-Atlanta area

Proof of care

Witness corroboration from someone other than a family member

Seniors at Home 

Utility Assistance

55+ years old

Financial caretaker of a senior or self application

Low or fixed income

Reside in the metro-Atlanta area

Seniors at Home Housing 

Repair Financial Assistance

55+ years old

Senior is self owner of property or an informal caretake of senior

Low or fixed income

Reside in the metro-Atlanta area
