The application period for our assistance programs opens on May 1st each year and closes on September 1st each year. We strictly review applications submitted within this four-month window.

We review cases as they come in. As we currently have one case manager, the timeline for initial contact to request necessary documents is usually a few days to one week after your application is received. We appreciate your patience during this high-volume period.

The time needed to complete a case varies widely and we cannot give a guaranteed length of time. Case completion depends on several factors, including: • Your response time in submitting requested documents and information. • The time required to determine eligibility for specific grants. • Arrangements for payment or service delivery with third-party organizations.
