1. Charitable Donations (Non-Refundable): All charitable contributions are non-refundable gifts once processed. Exceptions: Refunds are only considered for: Processing Error: Incorrect or duplicate charge due to a technical error. Unauthorized Transaction: Fraudulent donation made without account holder permission. You must submit a refund request within seven (7) business days. All donation refunds are issued solely at the discretion of Global Blessing.
2. Event Ticket Sales: Tickets are generally nonrefundable, with specific exceptions: Event Cancellation: You will receive a full refund of the ticket price, or you may choose to convert the amount into a charitable donation. Event Reschedule: Your ticket remains valid for the new date. Refund/exchange options will be communicated if you cannot attend. Note: Refunds cover only the ticket price; service or processing fees are excluded.
